We answer within one working day, Monday to Friday, in English or Portuguese.

If you use the app at work

Your jobs, your hours and your account are managed by the company that employs you, not by us. For anything about your schedule, a missing job, your recorded hours or a leave request, ask your manager or whoever administers DestraForce where you work — they can fix it directly, and we cannot change another company's data for them.

If the app itself is misbehaving — a screen that will not load, a check-in that will not go through, a crash — write to us and tell us what phone you are using and what you were doing when it happened.

If you run DestraForce for your company

Write to info@destratech.com from the address on your account. Billing, adding or removing people, questions about setting up sites, checklists and routes, and anything that looks like a bug all go to the same place.

If something is broken for your whole team rather than one person, say so in the subject line — those go to the front of the queue.

Deleting your account and data

If your employer manages your DestraForce account, your account and work records belong to them and they can remove you directly from their console at any time; that also removes your access to the app immediately.

You can also ask us directly: write to info@destratech.com from the email address on the account and ask for it to be deleted. We will confirm with your employer's administrator before acting, since the account belongs to their organization, then delete the account and its data within 30 days.

Deleted data includes your profile, photographs, messages and app activity. Time and attendance records, and anything your employer must keep under labour or tax law, are retained for the statutory period as described in the privacy policy — the account itself is removed either way.

Reporting a problem well

The three things that let us fix something on the first reply: what you expected to happen, what happened instead, and roughly when. If it is on a phone, add the model and whether you were on mobile data, Wi-Fi, or no signal at all.

A screenshot is worth more than a description. Please do not send passwords — we will never ask for one.

Security and privacy

To report a security issue, write to info@destratech.com with "security" in the subject. Please give us a reasonable chance to fix it before telling anyone else.

For questions about personal data — what we hold, or a request to see, correct or delete it — the privacy policy explains how that works and who to ask.
